"I use original songs by "Lynn Lewis and Friends" to inspire and motivate my young pre-k - 4th grade students to love and be moved by music. My students love to sing her songs such as "Grandma Can I have A Bannana" and "There's a Gopher On the side of the Road". They are catchy and fun to sing, and I sometimes use time singing these tunes as a reward for good behavior. I can assure you that they request to sing these songs at every lesson. The tracks are sung with Ms. Lewis' pleasant lead vocals as well as a choir of children's vocals, which kids love to hear. They are backed up with a variety of interesting sounding instruments such as guitar, saxophone, and harmonica. I have other professional and educator approved cd's that I can use in class, but they do not compare to the quality of recording, and content to that of Lynn Lewis. I would recommend her CD to any music educator who teaches young students."
